Ciao, ho molti problemi con le messe a punto di mio carburatori. Il mio motore è 700cc con un testata panda, Dellorto DHLA40 ed asse a came 595SS (40/80/80/40).
Choke diam : 30mm
Main jet : 111
Main emulsion tube : 7772.5
Air corrector : 200
Idle jet : 50
Pump jet : 40
non so che fare poiché il motore gira bene al minimo, monta in regime ma il miscuglio è troppo ricco. Avete consigli a darmi?

Considerations: If you watch the values carefully, you see that they are not much various from one another. For me you must hold fixed the values of:
Choke diam : 28mm

Main emulsion tube : 7772.6
Air corrector : ?------?
Idle jet :40/7850.2
Pump jet : 30/35
Aux Venturis: 7848.3
For main jet the possible values are: 105-108-110-112-115
For Air corrector the possible values are: 150-155-160
If you have time, you can play with this values for have the best compromise.
I theoretically would make:
Choke diam : 28mm
Main jet : 110
Main emulsion tube : 7772.6
Air corrector : 155
Idle jet :40/7850.2
Pump jet : 30/35
Aux Venturis: 7848.3
Maybe, before adopting this solution definitively, try different values of main jet/air corrector. Another precisation:
<------------------------ Idle airs --------------------->
weaker--------------------normal----------------richer
7850.5---.10---.9---.4---.1---.3---.6---.7---.2---.8
I tell to you to put the 7850.2 (rich). If it will be too rich, lower it.
It's important that you make tests in order to find the just compromise. After, you should control the to see the color of sparking plug for understant the type of carburation/combustion. This is very important for see if the carburation is weak/poor or rich.
